Two offices, ten miles apart, both in Anoka County. Which one you visit rarely matters — our agents work the whole north metro out of either — but if you are dropping something off or meeting someone, here is what to expect.
Coon Rapids — 1740 116th Ave NW
Our main office and where most meetings happen. Free parking directly in front, including accessible spaces by the door. The front desk is staffed Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and there is someone there to sign for deliveries and point you to whoever you are meeting.
Blaine — 12301 Central Ave NE
A business center rather than a full office. It is open by appointment, with the front desk staffed select weekdays. If you are meeting an agent here, confirm with them first — turning up unannounced is the one way to find the door locked.

What are your office hours?
Our Coon Rapids office is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The Blaine business center is by appointment, with the front desk staffed select weekdays. Agents work well outside those hours — showings and closings do not keep office hours — so if you need an evening or weekend, ask.
Do I need an appointment?
Not for Coon Rapids during office hours; someone is at the desk and can help or find who you need. For Blaine, yes — confirm with whoever you are meeting first.
I have a question about a transaction. Who do I talk to?
Start with your agent, who knows the file. If it is a question about a contract term, a disclosure or something that needs a broker rather than an agent, ask to be put through to Lonn Boles, our Broker of Record, or Gale Haisley, our Managing Broker.
Do you work outside Anoka County?
Yes. We are based in the north metro and that is where most of our closings are, but our agents are licensed across Minnesota and some also hold Wisconsin licences. If you are not sure whether we cover where you are going, call and ask rather than assuming.
