Information we collect
When you submit a form, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, and message — so we can respond to your inquiry. If you submit a home valuation request, we also collect the property details you enter. We record which page you were on and how you reached the site, so we know what you were looking at when you got in touch.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request and to provide real estate services you ask about. We do not sell your personal information.
Services we use
Five third-party services run on this site. We have named each one and what it does, rather than describing them generically:
- Google Analytics 4 — measures how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, and how you found us. It sets cookies. You can opt out through your browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.
- Metricool — a second analytics tool, used for marketing reporting. It also records page views.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — our hosting provider's own pageview counter. It is cookieless and does not track you across sites.
- Web3Forms — delivers form submissions to us by email. Anything you type into a form on this site passes through Web3Forms on its way to our inbox.
- BrokerBot — the chat assistant in the corner of the page. It loads on every page you visit, not only when you open the chat, and it contacts its own servers when it loads. If you type into the chat, that conversation is processed by BrokerBot.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to recognise return visits. The site itself stores two small values in your browser: one remembering how you arrived, so the right person can follow up with context, and one remembering whether you have switched into the agent view. Neither is shared with anyone.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email using the details below and we will action it. You can opt out of future communications at any time the same way. Browser-level controls — blocking cookies, or a Global Privacy Control signal — will limit what the analytics tools above can collect.
