Between an accepted offer and a closing table, a buyer or seller usually works with a lender, a title company, an inspector, and often an insurance agent, a contractor or a mover — and every one of those relationships affects how smoothly the deal actually closes. Our Preferred Partner Program is how we keep a short, current list of the ones our agents already trust, instead of leaving every client to find one cold off a search engine.
We don't rent this list out. A company gets on it because agents inside this market center have actually closed transactions alongside them and would put their own name next to the referral — not because they bought the most exposure. The tiers below decide how much visibility a partner gets, not whether they're recommended in the first place; every name on this page has already cleared that bar.

How do I become a Preferred Partner?
Reach out through the inquiry link below, referencing the tier you're interested in. The program is referral-based — most conversations start because an agent here already knows your work — so tell us which agents or transactions you've worked with, if any. Gilbert Thrall, our Director of Operations, handles new partner conversations.
What categories of business does the program work with?
Any local business a buyer or seller might need during or after a transaction: mortgage lending, title and closing services, home inspection, insurance, property management, moving, and home services like cleaning, staging and repair. If you're not sure your category fits, ask — the list above shows what's currently represented.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier later?
Yes. The program renews annually, and you can move up or down a tier at renewal based on how the relationship is working for your business.
Does being a Preferred Partner mean you'll definitely refer me clients?
No individual referral is guaranteed at any tier. What every tier buys is visibility with our agents and, at Gold and Platinum, direct exposure to clients on this page — agents choose who they personally recommend based on their own working relationships, the same way they always have.
